Late last night, I dreamed a lucid dream of endless circles
Deep within that magic realm where dull ideas sparkle.
Wildly, I was swept among the circles as they hurled
Out across the undiscovered countries of their world.
Soon, I found that if I tried to imitate their spin,
I could lose myself inside the endlessness of Zen.
Secrets of the universe would be revealed to me
And grind against me with the gears that turned reality.
Then, when I could take no more, the circles melted away,
And sunlight made me squint my eyes to face a bright new day.
